The bottom line on both: Hydrocarbon and GreenEarth® are meaningfully better than PERC. If your only options are PERC or one of these, choose one of these. But they are not the same as wet cleaning or CO2, and any provider who calls them “organic,” “natural,” or “chemical free” is using words that don’t apply.
