How does Clean’n’Press Delivery work?

  • Create your account by clicking on the Sign me up! button below.

  • Follow the prompts to add your information to our system in order to create your account.

  • After creating your account go to the “Pickup & Delivery” tab and click on the “request to be added to a route” button.

  • After signing up we will contact you within one business day.

  • Before you can receive route opt in/out reminder messages you need to reply “yes” to a consent message that will be sent to you.  This message will be sent to you automatically after we assign you to a route.

  • A representative will let you know with email or text what days of the week that we will be in your delivery area (usually 2 days per week).

  • On the next delivery day we will deliver a Welcome Kit to your address that contains everything you will need to get started.

  • We are an on demand service based on your assigned delivery days.  The night before we are in your delivery area we can send you a reminder text message . You just have to reply “Yes” to the message if you have a pickup.  We will then stop by the next day between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm for pickup.

Can I still use coupons on delivery?

You bet!  All you have to do is clip them or print them off and put them in your bag with your items that you want cleaned.  We will apply the coupon when we process your order.  We do not have the ability to handle them electronically at this time.
